Recording Memos
List of Voice Memos
Up to 250 voice memos including date, time, and length of the recording can be saved in this
list. The recordings are numbered consecutively, with the last/latest recording assigned the
number 1.
The LED of the message key indicates entries in the voice memo list.
Recording Memos
The recording can be made as follows:
• Using the telephone
Requirements:
– An answering machine, put into operation (see Commissioning Instructions)
To record voice memos, press a function key configured for recording voice memos.
Alternatively, proceed as described below.
1. Press the menu key and open the menu answer.machine > functions > TAM voice
memo.
2. Tap on next to start of record. to start the recording.
The recording proceeds.
3. Record the memo.
4. Tap on next to end of recording to end the recording.
5. Tap on to save the recording.
Note: Recordings with a recording time shorter than 1 second are discarded
by the telephone.
Configuring and Operating Function Key Recording Voice Memos
Press the key while the telephone is in the idle state to start recording a voice memo.
